Please help: I have a computer on which we installed from a friend with Windows XP Pro. Obviously, the time has not, so now when you connect, says the pop-up that will "now, yes or no, there." When I click "yes" just brings me back to the login screen. Without giving me the opportunity to enter an activation code.
My son is a songwriter and has stored about 400 songs in the computer. Will you lose all of them? Is there anything I can do?
